The brewery and taproom is located in Fitchburg MA at 265 Summer Street, with focus on aroma-packed and flavor-driven beers, with an emphasis on New England IPAs. The brewery also offers barrel-aged sours and special releases while paying homage to traditional styles. They won’t shy away from the funk or twists on traditional styles while highlighting unique ingredients.
Kolsch Ale
The second version of Sonny is slightly less bitter to allow the local Pilsen malt flavour to shine through. Hopped with Mandarina Bavaria for a light and pleasing hop presence.
